so that everyone may enjoy their service.
- We must insist that children do not accompany you unless
receiving a service.
- No strollers in spa.
- All cell phones must be turned off or put in
mute mode.
- Gift certificates expire 2 years from date of purchase.
- Gratuity not included in service or packages.
- We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to
personal articles.
- For all package services, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early
to allow for preparation time.
- All prices subject to change without notice.
- We realize there may be times when you are late. In such
instances, the allotted time for service will be shortened
accordingly, with no fee adjustment.
- Appointments for services of 1 hour or more must be
guaranteed by credit card or gift certificate number. A $25.00
cancellation fee for each service will only be charged to your
card or gift certificate if you do not cancel within 24 hours or
do not show.
- $20.00 charge on all returned checks.
- All sales are final (including Gift Certificates).
No Cash Refunds.
- No returns or exchanges on skin care or make-up products.
Packages must be booked and redeemed on the same day. If broken up or
changed in any form, all prices revert to our “ala carte” menu.

purchase, any price increase will be the responsibility of the card holder. See

Gift Cards also available in increments starting from $25.00. There is no expiration on Gift Cards.
